On a daily basis I would feel fatigue and sluggish while managing my own business. I was tired of feeling older than I really was while carrying the extra weight. I was 5’9” and weigh 260 lbs. When I heard about CYL2 I was very excited. I felt that I had a community working with me. I began transitioning my diet to incorporate whole food nutrition and began to implement portion control and serving sizes. I began to record everything I ate and drank realizing that I had been eating a lot of the wrong foods. After seeing a juicing and smoothie demo in class, I began to incorporate them into my regime. I have now lost 39 pounds and I am still going strong. I have met my first goal and working on my second weight loss goal.
