Okay, last week I told you I was learning how to skate. I was going to show you video of my first attempt, but it was bad. Really bad. I looked like Frankenstein and had fear and terror in my eyes. So, as soon as I learn how to at least walk on skates – not roll – I’ll show you. I promise.
This week, I’m challenging you to just move! Dance. Chase your kids around the house. Do yard work. Anything. Just move your body.
