On Friday, October 3oth at 7pm EST/ 6pm CST, we are hosting our second MSK Listening Session on Emotional Wellness! Our MSK Listening Sessions will always provide a safe space for young Black women on college campuses, especially our MSK members, to come together and share their experiences and concerns on a relevant topic. We are still in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Racism, and a stressful election year so we wanted to take this time to hear your voices and provide an opportunity to participate in an interactive journaling exercise with a licensed therapist. Adding journaling to your self-care toolkit is imperative! Get ready for the biggest mindset shift of your life!
