This session will include emotional wellness tips and tools that are central to determining how we approach all aspects of life.
The Money Session guides women to the basics about budgeting and financial planning to help them find peace and contentment during uncertain times with financial expert Tonya Rapley, Founder of My Fab Finance.
Finally, The Movement Session was created to provide some fun and enticing new alternatives to traditional exercise since many are apprehensive about going to the gym, or plain tired of the same workout.
